Wisconsin Technical College System State Ambassador Program
NOMINATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED!
Program History
The State Ambassador Program began nearly 30 years ago and is financially and philosophically supported by the financial services firm Robert W. Baird & Company, Inc., founded in 1919 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The State Ambassador Program recognizes and rewards excellence among technical college students and seeks to develop greater public awareness of technical education in Wisconsin.
Each year, each one of the 16 technical college districts in the State of Wisconsin selects one student to be its WTCS State Ambassador. These 16 State Ambassadors represent the promise and success of nearly half-a-million students in the Wisconsin Technical College System.
