    If you are over 18 and have not taken a credit class at Madison Area Technical College in the past two years, please list your current occupation.

    2. What is your life story? (200 words or less)

    3. Write the next chapter in the story of your life. (200 words or less)

    Application Deadline:
    Contest Applications must be received by 5pm, November 30, 2009. Finalists will be contacted beginning December 7, 2009 and they will be asked to produce a two minute (or less) video to talk/show/demonstrate their story and their career goals.
