Web Banner Changes

    As the college moves to update the names for the portal to "myMadisonCollege" and the knowledge base to "askMadisonCollege", several changes will occur on the banner headers of the web pages.

    Madison College LogWorking together, Technology Services, Marketing, and Learner Development will identify the headers to be updated and complete the update. The links will appear in the same places on the banner, but with the new names. For example the "inside MATC" link will appear on the left side of the banner but will be changed to say "myMadisonCollege". The "?askMATC image/logo" will be updated to a ?ask image/logo.

    We do not anticipate any disruption in service due to these changes. So look for the "new" names appearing in the old familiar places.

    Please remember to look through your published materials on the web and in print to update to the new names. Written as text "inside MATC" becomes "myMadisonCollege" (all one word, lower case "my"; upper case "Madison" and "College"). Similarly "ask MATC" should be "askMadisonCollege". Again, we are asking these names be transitioned by July 31.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: As you update your askMadisonCollege text, be sure to update the link as well. The new link is http://askmadisoncollege.custhelp.com/. While we will
    re-direct through September, eventually the new link will need to be active for askMadisonCollege.
