Unit Planning

    It's that time of year again when we document our plans for the future!

    Advancement PhotoUnit planning is an ongoing process, which creates a rolling
    three-year plan and ensures that all staff are working toward common college goals. Annually in the fall, units update and document their plan. In the planning process, units assess past performance and plan improvements, create their vision for the future, and create their outcomes and action plan.

    Unit planning workshops are available September through November to assist you with the planning process and the online database. Dates and times are available on the unit planning website.

    Due dates for unit plan submissions are:
    • October 31 for Learner Success
    • November 30 for Infrastructure Services and Strategic Advancement
