Training Seminar to Help Businesses with Government Contracts

Madison College will help area businesses learn how to locate contracting opportunities with the federal government at a training seminar to be held on Wednesday, July 13 at the Watertown Campus on 1300 West Main Street. The training session will be conducted by the Business Procurement Assistance Center (BPAC).
The Department of Defense offers some of the best opportunities for manufacturing sectors to do business with the Federal government. "Introduction to Custom Manufacturing for the Military” will be held from 1 - 4:30 p.m. on July 13. This seminar is geared for the manufacturer that focuses on fabricated metal products, castings, non-metal components and other related industries, who are interested in selling to the Department of Defense.
You will learn where contracting opportunities exist, how to respond to a solicitation, and the unique requirements of custom manufacturing for the military.
Registration for this seminar is required and can be done online. There is a $35 fee for this seminar.
