TouchTone Service No Longer Available

TouchTone service is no longer be available. Calls made to the TouchTone number will be forwarded to the general directory for registration and customer service assistance.
Student use of the TouchTone system has been closely monitored and evaluated over the past two years. Discontinuation of the dial-in registration and payment service is due to low volumes of student use; approximately 1 percent of students currently utilize TouchTone service. Increased use of online registration through the myMadisonCollege Student Center and staff-assisted phone-in registration have caused TouchTone to become nearly obsolete in recent years.
With the addition of a new mail-in Registration and Add/Drop Request Form, Madison College will continue to provide students their choice of Four Ways to Register. Look for the new form in the forthcoming spring 2011 timetable, as well as on the forms database, registration web pages and askMadisonCollege.
