Time Entry for Weather Related Closing

    Downtown Campus ArchAll PSRP staff receive their normally scheduled hours for the time the school is closed. Overtime that may have been scheduled but due to the school closing is not worked, is not paid.

    Any PSRP required/told to work by management when the school is closed due to weather receives overtime rate of pay or comp time if available.

    Any PRSP asked to work when the school is closed due to weather and can either accept or decline; are paid in the regular manner.

    Any PSRP who are on leave status: scheduled vacation, sick leave, personal leave, leave without pay, scheduled occurrence hours etc., are still charged that leave. The school closing does not constitute any change in the amount of leave charged.
