Technology Services Organizational Changes

    Madison College LogoDue to the recent retirement of Kim Bethea, Susan Schneider is now filling the role of Director–IT Operations on an interim basis. Responsibilities of this position include management of the Technology Services Help Desk. 

    The Director–IT Operations will be backfilled, and the recruiting process is well underway. I expect that a permanent hire will be announced in the not-too-distant future. In the meantime, please contact Susan for all Help Desk issues requiring management attention.

    Secondly, and also subsequent to Kim’s retirement, management responsibility for Web Technologies has transitioned to Regina Mosher, Director–Administrative Applications. This is a permanent transition of responsibility.
