On Tuesday, September 29, Madison Area Technical College will begin using an online processing system for official student transcripts requests.
Madison Area Technical College has partnered with Credentials Inc. to provide a fast and secure online transcript ordering service available 24/7.
Pricing Schedule (payable by credit or debit card):
-Regular Request (Official) Deliver to Recipient--$6 Per Transcript
-Regular Request (Official) Pick Up--$6 Per Transcript
-On Demand Request (Official) Pick Up--$15 Per Transcript
-Domestic Federal Express to main 48 states--$16 Per Recipient
-Domestic Federal Express to Alaska or Hawaii--$19 Per Recipient
-International Federal Express--$35 Per Recipient
Additional Charges:
-Handling Charge for Internet Orders--No Charge
-Additional Surcharge for Operator-Entered Orders--$5.00 Per Order
Students will still be able to print free unofficial transcripts by logging into their Inside MATC account.
What's the rationale for this change?
1. It ensures all needed information is provided on the transcript request.
2. It provides immediate confirmation of submission of their request.
3. It provides students with a receipt of their request.
4. It provides timely communication with students regarding:
a. The status of their transcript request.
b. Any additional authorization needed.
