Strategic Planning Survey Reminder

We are preparing to update the college’s three-year strategic plan. The Executive Administrative Council will soon meet to prioritize college goals for the coming year. As you know, we will be challenged with how to meet the many needs of our students and community in a time of reduced resources. It is important that our efforts be focused on initiatives that will make the greatest difference in helping us meet our most important goals.

In response to that, the Executive Team has identified the following top priorities:

-Meet the growth demands of our students and community.

-Retain students to completion.

-Fulfill master facility plan while meeting fiscal challenges.

We would like your input on how we can best tackle these priorities. Everyone has been sent a short seven-question survey through their Madison College email. Please look for an email from "ire[at] matcmadison [dot] edu" (this is not SPAM) and click on your unique link within the email. If you encounter any technical difficulty with the survey, please contact ire[at] matcmadison [dot] edu (Institutional Research).

This survey will be open until August 29. Responses received by Friday, July 22 will be reviewed by Executive Administrative Council the following week at their annual planning session. Responses received between July 23 and August 29 will be used in ongoing planning efforts.
