    Madison Area Technical College's planning system prompts all units to establish measures that track the progress and success of the units’ outcomes.

    MATC Truax PhotoTherefore, the College Council is leading by example and, this July, reviewed the results of the 3-year Strategic Plan outcomes in its annual process of updating the Strategic Plan.

    The 2008-09 fiscal year results are on the Strategic Planning website. The new updated Strategic Plan highlighting three areas of priority for the 2009-10 fiscal year is also on MATC’s Strategic Planning web page.
