Staff Directory 2011 Coming Soon!

The time has come to update our Staff Directory. As with the last Staff Directory, it will list the names, photos and work contact information for all full-time employees and part-time PSRP employees.

If you do not wish to have your OneCard photo in the Staff Directory, please fill out the opt out form by Monday, December 20 no later than 4 p.m.

If you would like a new OneCard photo taken (free of charge) and request the updated OneCard photo be used in place of your current OneCard photo - please go to any OneCard office within our facilities and have your photo re-taken no later than Friday, December 17. If you have not updated your OneCard photo by the deadline - we will use the OneCard photo that's on file.

If you opted out of including your photo in our 2007-08 Staff Directory, it will be not be included in the 2011 directory unless you change your “data release status” on file with Human Resources (contact jabentley[at] matcmadison [dot] edu (Jennifer Bentley), preferably by email only if you are not sure of your data release status).

Unless we hear from you by Monday, December 20, your OneCard photo will appear with your work contact information in the Staff Directory.

Including staff photos in the directory enhances overall security at the College by allowing any department to verify the identification of an employee. Also, to keep our costs low and production time short, we regret we are not able to accept alternative photos for publication.
