Regional Campuses Phone Unification

The four regional campuses (Fort Atkinson, Watertown, Reedsburg, and Portage) will be making a shift on Thursday, September 16, that we would like to tell you about. After this date, the campuses will all have the same auto attendant to assist in directing phone calls that is being used within the other locations and departments throughout the College.

This unification is a big step to providing a consistent ‘look and feel’ to Madison College. Students and other customers will hear the same options, from the same voice, regardless of which campus they call. This change also simplifies administration for the campus administrators as the College holiday schedule, weather updates, and emergency announcements will be maintained centrally rather than at each campus individually.
