The Office of Part-Time Faculty Support and Services was established in 2008 as a benefit to part-time faculty (2007-09 Collective Bargaining Agreement).
There are three Coordinators of Part-Time Faculty:

The Coordinators assist Associate Deans, Regional Campus Managers and other part-time faculty supervisors by:
• Providing support to Part-Time faculty through a collaborative and collegial teaching observation (classroom, lab, accelerated, hybrid and on-line)
• Facilitating class observation follow-up meetings to review the observation report and to provide orientation, certification, Madison College resource and professional development information
• Developing a communication process and system for Part-Time Faculty to include email communication and an Madison College website link for Part-Time Faculty
• Working with all areas of the College and District to establish and integrate the Office of Part-Time Faculty Support and Services
