    President BarhorstCommunity responsiveness is the top guiding principle for the $134 million of referendum-funded projects that the College hopes to start this spring or summer. Communications and quality construction are not far behind.

    We take very seriously the resounding call to action from the voters in the November, 2010 referendum election. Our district residents want the College to prepare our 40,000 students for family-supporting jobs. Our community endorsed our Facilities Master Plan to focus on health careers and protective services in this first phase. It also gave us clear signals that voters support the prioritization of updates to our regional campuses in Reedsburg, Portage, Fort Atkinson and Watertown.
