    IRE SurveyTo support our continuous improvement efforts, the Institutional Research and Effectiveness (IRE) Department is requesting you take this short survey regarding your satisfaction with our services.

    Your input is truly valued and acted upon. Examples of the improvements that IRE has implemented using last year's survey results and additional customer feedback include:

    •IRE held a series of Voice of Customer sessions to capture your feedback prior to enhancing our reporting systems and department processes

    •IRE worked along with Technology Services team to design, build and test BI Cognos PowerPlay cubes in order to provide readily available information to the college

    •IRE offered a number of forums, demos and targeted training sessions to functional units across our college on the use of new technology and services

    •Launched our new web-based Work Request Process to better serve our customer requests and capture their "ongoing" feedback

    •Worked with a number of other college organizations to help our customers understand the latest SSI and CCSSE student response data in addition to facilitating the 2010 SSI survey

    •Held a number of LSQIP orientation sessions and assisted programs and units across the college by providing feedback on a draft of their portfolio before their due date

    •Worked with CMAT to design a new LSQIP portfolio to better capture Apprenticeship programs' continuous improvement efforts

    •Incorporated the WTCS mandated Quality Review Process with the LSQIP process. 100 percent of programs completing the LSQIP process have also completed their QRP improvement plans
