Phone Changeover Went Well

    New Cisco PhoneThis is a note to inform you that folks within several departments were moved to the new phone system last night. 

    They include the following areas:
    • Libraries
    • Student Life
    • Child Care
    • CPAAC
    • Bookstores
    • Fitness, Health, and Athletics

    You’ll be able to use all of the numbers you’re familiar with to interact with everyone. You may, however, notices some changes in their call flows to better serve callers. This includes additions or changes to auto attendants or hunt groups. Please let us know if you have any feedback as a customer!

    Users across locations will have support after their conversion to ensure that any technical glitches or end user questions are resolved as quickly as possible. Please be patient with folks, however, as they navigate their new system.
