Part-Time Faculty Contract Update

    Madison College LogoA number of staff have enquired about the future relationship between the College and the Part-Time Faculty upon the expiration of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) next summer.

    The College has not agreed to any proposal or recommendation from the Part-Time Faculty Union and remains committed to the current CBA until it expires. No decisions have been made at this time concerning the future. Any future decisions will be made in compliance with all legal requirements.

    We understand the challenges before all of us in these uncertain times. We also recognize the importance of clarifying our position and sharing relevant information as it becomes available concerning our relationship with our employees and their duly elected representatives.
