Parking Lot Student Shuttle Service

With the cold and dreary weather having arrived, we are pleased to announce that we will be starting the new shuttle service!

The construction shuttle buses at the Truax campus will be running continuously from
7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursdays and from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Fridays and will run through April 27, and then will resume again next fall (approximately November 1, 2012.)

The shuttle map, in addition to illustrating the new pedestrian pathway, also indicates the pick-up and drop-off points for the shuttles. Each of the stops is indicated with a large Wolfie wooden cutout. The buses are on a continual loop, so no specific pick-up/drop-off times will be posted, with times between pickups being approximately 10 minutes.

Also share with students that construction traffic will be increasing around the campus and most notable along the north service drive, which serves the Truax building “wings”. We are asking students to not use the north service drive as a pedestrian walkway as there are no sidewalks and given the increased construction traffic, it will be dangerous. The doors to the west court wing will be closed to all traffic; therefore you will not be able to use the entrance to get into the facility.
