PACE Staff Survey

    Dear colleagues,

    I invite you to take part in Madison College's 2011 Personal Assessment of the College Environment (PACE) survey to help our College determine its strengths and areas of improvement. The purpose of the PACE Staff survey is to promote open and constructive communication and to establish priorities for change by obtaining the satisfaction estimate of employees concerning the campus climate.

    -Institutional structure
    -Supervisory relationship
    -Teamwork
    -Student focus

    The survey outcomes play an important role in shaping important decisions at the college. In our current environment of expansion, your participation is valued and extremely important. The future of Madison College will depend on a collective and collaborative effort supported by all members of our community.

    The survey will be directly emailed to you from nilie_team[at] ncsu [dot] edu starting on Tuesday November 1. The subject of the email will be "PACE Survey- Madison Area Technical College”.

    The survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete. Please note that your response is private and confidential. To ensure your complete anonymity, this survey will be administered by an independent agency: National Initiative for Leadership and Institutional Effectiveness (NILIE).

    No one at the college will have access to individual responses. If you have any questions about this survey or would like further information, please contact ire[at] matcmadison [dot] edu (Institutional Research and Effectiveness (IRE)).
