Open Commitment Report Changes

    Madison College LogoIf you utilize this financial report, please note two recent changes:

    You now have the option of running the report by Fiscal Year. This may be helpful to you when we are transitioning from one fiscal year to the next and you only wish to review one fiscal year.

    An additional column labeled ‘Original Amount’ has been added. If the Purchase Order was rolled from one fiscal year to the next, you will still be able to view the original amount (from the previous fiscal year) in this column.
