New Scholarship Fund Supports IT Students

Madison Area Technical College Foundation applauds David Dean (Information Technology instructor) and his wife Stephanie (Associate Manager Enrollment Services) who have generously started two new scholarship funds through the Foundation as part of the SMART FUTURE Campaign.

David and Stephanie DeanThe two funds will award scholarships to new students enrolled in these Information Technology programs: IT-Computer System Administration Specialist, IT-Network Specialist, IT-Network Security Specialist, IT-Programmer/Analyst and IT-Web Analyst.

The Foundation’s SMART FUTURE Campaign envisions $2 million more in scholarships annually for new students as well as continuing students. This effort would help 2,000 students each year.
