New Position Requisitioning Process

    Madison College LogoOn March 21 a new online Position Requisition Process (PRP) (formerly Position Justification) will be replacing the paper Position Justification Form.

    This process communicates information pertaining to all full time positions as well as permanent part time PSRP positions. You will find this on-line form helpful for requesting to fill current or upcoming position vacancies, modifying existing positions, and many other scenarios. 

    Included in the design is an automatic routing function for approvals and processing. This makes it very important for all managers to attend, as well as all staff currently involved in handling paper PJFs. The training presentation will provide instruction on using the functionality of the system, as well being a collaborative forum to discuss scenarios you may have.
