New Phone System Update

A couple of areas will be moving to the new phone system Tuesday night (May 25). 

The first is Financial Resources, including Payroll, Purchasing, AR, AP, General Accounting, and Student Financial Services. The second is the Student Development Center (both at Truax and DTEC,) including central advising and counseling, the Career and Employment Center, and Disability Resource Services.

You’ll be able to use all of the numbers you’re familiar with to interact with these folks. In some cases, however, you will notice that a different person within the department may answer your call than you might be expecting. This is due to the addition of hunt groups in several areas, allowing for the calls to be directed to a group of people who can assist you. This will help to improve customer service by distributing the workload. Please let us know if you have any feedback as a customer!

Users in both buildings will have support after their conversion to ensure that any technical glitches or end user questions are resolved as quickly as possible. Please be patient with folks as they navigate their new system.
