    This course combines readings, discussion, and assignments. The first portion features foundations and philosophy of the technical college system in Wisconsin and development of one's individual philosophy of the technical college system in Wisconsin as well as development of one's individual philosophy of education. The second portion focuses on organizational structures, functions, and relationships of the state system and Madison College.
