Network and Phone Outage on November 9

    hard hat and blueprintsAs part of the new construction being done at the Truax Campus, services entering the building will be moved to an alternate location. This work will occur beginning Wednesday, November 9, at 10 p.m. Service disruption is expected to take about four hours.

    The outage will affect all phone and network services into and out of Truax, including connectivity from all District locations. Services including Blackboard, My Madison College and Campus Solutions will still be available off-campus via the Internet.

    We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but it's necessary to ensure continued service throughout the construction project.
