Madison College Foundation’s Continuing Student Scholarship Deadline

Please share with your students that the Foundation’s Continuing Student Scholarship deadline is next Wednesday, November 23 at 5 p.m. The application is available online.

Scholarship selection is based on:
-Madison College cumulative grade point average (GPA)
-Financial need (FAFSA)
-Leadership skills
-Community involvement
-Responses to the essay questions – completeness of form, grammar, spelling, punctuation and capitalization

Qualified students must:
-Have completed six or more credits at Madison College
-Be enrolled for six or more credits during the Spring 2012 semester

Students are eligible to receive one scholarship per academic year. Scholarship notifications will be sent by February 1.

Also, I would like to invite you to review the scholarship applications. We expect to have over 600 so please check out the times below and let me know if you are able to join us for one or more sessions. I will send room information via a calendar appointment. Please feel free to forward this email to others that may be interested in reading applications. It is a great way to engage our community.
