Lynn Forseth's New Position

Madison Area Technical College is pleased to announce the appointment of Lynn Forseth to the position of Executive Director of Economic and Workforce Development for the district’s Eastern Region.

Lynn will lead the Fort Atkinson and Watertown campuses in developing and implementing new instructional programs and course offerings, student support services, and economic development efforts with business and industry. The Madison Area Technical College Eastern Region campuses serve the areas of Jefferson and southern Dodge Counties.

Lynn brings 31 years of experience with the Wisconsin Technical College System to this position, having worked at Madison Area Technical College from 1999-2006 as the Campus Administrator for the Fort Atkinson Campus and from 2006-2009 as the Associate Dean of the Center for Construction, Manufacturing, Apprenticeship, and Transportation.

During her tenure in each of these positions, Lynn played a leadership role in planning and executing significant instructional facility renovations at the Madison Area Technical College Fort Atkinson and Commercial Avenue Campuses.
