Listening Sessions on Proposed Amendments to Madison College Union Contracts

    Madison College LogoGovernor Scott Walker's proposed budget will leave Madison Area Technical College with nearly $10.3 million in lost revenue - a $5 million loss in state aid and an additional $5,300,000 loss due to the tax levy freeze.

    College leaders have been working hard to find the best way to maintain high quality service to our students while absorbing the impact of these cuts. To keep you updated on how these proposed changes could affect Faculty and PSRP union contracts and the College, please attend one of the upcoming emergency listening sessions in the Mitby Theater.

    Here's the listening session schedule:

    Monday, March 21
    6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

    Tuesday, March 22
    10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
    1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.

    Union and College representatives will be available to answer your questions.
