Leadership Academy Seeking New Recruits

All Managers, Deans and Directors who are new to the College in the past year are encouraged to register for the Leadership Academy.
The Leadership Academy seeks to create a community of leaders in the College by engaging them in learning experiences designed to foster personal growth and organizational development. In the Basic Academy, 12-15 management employees will interact in a cohort to build on current skills while growing their capacity to lead.
The intensive 12-month Academy will provide an opportunity for collaboration, networking and skill building. The Academy begins with a 1 and 1/2 day retreat January 20 and 21.
