IRE Work Request Process

As a part of our continuous improvement model and to streamline our work intake process, we encourage everyone to use our new “Online Work Request” process. 

The new Work Request Process will help enhance our service capability by:
• Automating the way you currently contact IRE for a specific project
• One central place for customers to request IRE assistance (instead of contacting an individual IRE team member)
• Provides IRE the capability to easily capture and track all work requests
• Ability to automate assignment of projects and maintain record
• Ability to assign projects with specific project completion dates
• Ability to capture your feedback on each request
• Easy for customers to use
• Easy for administrator/staff to use

You can access the Online Work Request simply by visiting the IRE Website and selecting “Work Request” from the menu bar on the left side of the page.
