International Exchange Opportunity for Faculty/Staff/Administration

Through the College’s membership in the ICISP study abroad consortium, Madison College faculty, staff, and administrators may apply to participate in a two-week reciprocal exchange with partner colleges in China, the Netherlands, Finland, and Switzerland.

In this program, participants host an international visitor in their home for two weeks in October 2012. Applicants are expected to have a guest room or otherwise appropriate facilities for hosting an international visitor. The same international visitor would, in exchange, host participants in their homes abroad. Madison College participants would travel internationally in May 2013.

To participate individuals must be full-time employees of the College. Participants are expected to absorb all costs related to meals, mileage and activities related to hosting the international visitor, and that visitor will do the same during the reciprocal visit. The College would be responsible for airfare and an ICISP administrative fee for each placement.
