Institutional Research and Effectiveness Training Sessions
Tue, 07/19/2011 - 12:19 — tvdao
Dear Unit Planners:
Institutional Research and Effectiveness (IRE) is offering numerous training sessions, in the upcoming months, on Madison College's NEW Unit Planning Tool. Training sessions will be offered at various campuses and at various times. The College's new and improved Unit Planning process integrates and simplifies all existing assessment and planning processes to save you time, help you plan better and get better results.
These one-hour sessions will provide hands-on training on the new Unit Planning tool and will give you the opportunity to create/edit/view your own unit's unit plan. This training is different than the Unit Plan Information Session you may have attended in spring or early summer.
The session is designed for all college unit planners, including Deans, Associate Deans, Administrators, Program Directors, Department Chairs and Unit Planners.
Each training session is one-hour long. Although you are asked to select your first and second choice for training, you only need to attend one training session. Because this is a hands-on training, sessions will be limited to the number of computers available during each session. If you do not register, you will not be guaranteed a seat.
Please complete the form here to register for a training session. You will receive a Microsoft Outlook appointment for the first available session based on your preferences.
Kind regards,
AZarrinnam[at] matcmadison [dot] edu (Ali R. Zarrinnam), Institutional Research and Effectiveness Manager, (608) 246-6446.
