Important Finance System Update

A scheduled system upgrade will take place on the PeopleSoft financial system beginning at 4 p.m. on Friday, December 3 through Saturday, December 4. The system will be unavailable during these times.
ACCESS TO THE UPDATED SYSTEM
As before, you can access the system through the Madison College home page:
After logging in, if you receive an error message, please perform the following on your computer:
1. Make sure you have all Internet Sessions closed
2. Open Internet Explorer
3. Click on TOOLS, as shown above
4. Click on ‘Delete Browsing History’
5. Click: Delete all…
6. Click: Yes
7. A pop up will appear, showing the process. It will disappear when completed.
8. Once completed, you can continue as usual.

Following the update you will notice some enhanced features:
You can navigate through the system by clicking on the menu options now located at the top of your screen.
After clicking on ‘Main Menu’, hovering on the following sub-menu selections will turn them yellow and bring up each subsequent menu, as shown above.
Upon selecting your menu item (Add/Update POs in this example), you will see ‘breadcrumbs’ - which is a trail of your menu selections. Click on any top menu option to navigate elsewhere.
