Governor Walker's Budget Adjustment Bill

Governor Scott Walker has outlined his budget adjustment bill. The governor says the "reform measures are focused on bringing government employee benefits closer to the private sector."

The bill proposes changes for state employees in the following areas:

• Pension contributions
• Health insurance contributions
• Collective bargaining
