    Everyone is talking about the flu...so here's your chance to get a seasonal flu shot.

    Flu Shot Dates/Times:
    Wednesday, October 28
    10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4-6 p.m.
    Room 142B

    Friday, October 30 (Convocation Day)
    10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
    Room 142B

    All students, MATC employees, and MATC retirees are eligible to receive a flu shot. Spouses of employees and retirees are also eligible. No vaccines will be given to children under 18. No appointments necessary, walk-ins welcome. 

    The fee is $25 per flu shot. Check or cash accepted.

    ATTENTION EMPLOYEES with WPS or GHC:
    You must present your insurance card to allow for direct billing. Without an insurance card, you will have to pay $25 and then send in a reimbursement form.

    Note about H1N1 vaccination clinics:
    MATC is working to host a public H1N1 vaccination clinic later this year. However, MATC's ability to host a clinic will depend on the availability of vaccines, number of trained personnel to administer the vaccine, and public demand for vaccinations. Look for information about a public H1N1 vaccination in the coming months.
