Flexible Learning Needs

A recent Learner Success project made significant progress on a number of high-priority flexible learning needs that faculty and staff have requested.

Flexible LearningThe team, Turina Bakken, Andrea Deau, Holly Mercier and Tina Rettler, called themselves the Flexible Learning EMTs and prioritized critical issues that could be addressed  in a short-term project over the summer. Outcomes of this effort give faculty additional tools to support online teaching and learning. Many of these new resources are already available on the faculty/staff website for flexible learning. There, faculty can find quality standards for teaching online, readiness tools, best practices for communicating with students, proctoring forms and more.

Students can now access information about flexible learning options formats, assess their own readiness for online learning and better understand etiquette associated with learning online.

You can read the complete list of improvements in the project report.
