Madison College is attempting to reduce the amount of paper and resources used to print grade rosters. Online grading via Faculty Center was widely used last year by instructors. Beginning with the fall of 2009, final grade rosters will no longer be printed and distributed. Up-to-date class and grade rosters are available to you 24/7 through your Faculty Center and provide you with the most current information.
By posting grades via the Faculty Center, your students will see their final grades immediately versus waiting for the manual process to post grades. You may request a paper final grade roster through the Enrollment Center, Regional Campus, or your Center Office.

The Faculty Center has been improved to allow you to process a grade change within your Faculty Center.
Resourses Available:
CETL will have drop-in or call-in help for the Faculty Center. With final grades due on December 23, you don't want to miss this opportunity for help if you need it. CETL will have someone available in Room 219 at the Truax campus to answer your questions at the times listed below. If you can't stop in, please feel free to call them during these times at (608) 246-6646.
Monday, December 14, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, December 15, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, December 16, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 to 4:30 p.m.
Thursday, December 17, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday, December 18, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Monday, December 21, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, December 22, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, December 23, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
