Enrollment Center to Get New Phone System

The Enrollment Center area will be moving to the new phone system (after hours) on Tuesday, March 16. Nothing will change about how you or an outside caller interacts with these departments. All numbers stay the same and the same great people will be there to assist you. The only difference is that a new system, with a lot of updated call routing functionality, will be directing the calls and users will answer with new phones and voicemail.

There are some subtle differences a caller might notice though. There are improvements like updated options on the phone menu and the addition of hold music. We wanted to make you aware of these changes so that you’re prepared when you next interact with the Enrollment Center and you can help explain the changes to someone else (like a student) who may be commenting to you about the changes. Please let us know if you have any feedback!

The Enrollment Center will have lots of support throughout the week to ensure that any technical glitches or end user questions are resolved as quickly as possible. Please be patient with folks in that area as they navigate the new system.
