Convocation Wrap-Up

ConvocationAt our recent Convocation an estimated 775 college employees heard messages from Dr. John Bales and Terry Webb about the upcoming referendum and facilities master plan. We learned about the employees honored with Outstanding Employee/Team Awards and the Devi Bargava Award. We also heard from Andy Czerkas encouraging us to make contributions to the Combined Charitable Campaign supporting many groups throughout our region in need of support (especially the River Food Pantry). Finally we heard from Student Senate President Jacob Weigandt regarding their efforts to reduce text book costs for our students.

    Breakout Sessions
A total of 575 employees participated in one the Breakout Sessions held Thursday evening and Friday morning. More than 1000 people participated the additional meetings and trainings planned for the remainder of the day. CETL is still accepting assessment of the various sessions attended and will create a report based on those responses once they are collected and summarized. If you still want to provide feedback on a specific session you may do so by clicking here.
