Client Services/Help Desk Convocation Day Support

    ConvocationClient Services will offer minimal services on Friday, March 11 so staff can attend Convocation Day activities.

    The Help Desk will be closed to walk in traffic. The Help Desk phone will offer emergency support for critical system failures from 7:30 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.

    Word Processing, Graphics and Duplicating will be closed for the day. The Truax copier area, room 226, will be open but not staffed. The DTEC AV Checkout office will be closed for the day.
