Client Services Phone Changeover a Success

    The Client Services area (the Help Desk, duplicating, workstation/AV and graphics) is happy to report that we moved to the new phone system last night!  

    New Phone ServiceNothing has changed as far as the way you interact with us - all numbers stay the same, and the same friendly people will be there to assist you. The only difference is that we will be using new phones and a different system behind the scenes to route the calls.

    We have a lot of support this week ensuring that any technical glitches or end user questions are resolved as quickly as possible. We just ask that you be a little more patient with us as we navigate the new system.
