Cisco Phone Changeover Tonight

    This is a note to tell you that the last remaining departments throughout the College will be moving to the new phone system tonight. 

    They include the following areas across locations:

    - Testing and Tutoring
    - Writing Centers
    - Welcome Center and Events
    - Public Safety
    - Foundation and Alumni Office

    You’ll be able to use all of the numbers you’re familiar with to interact with these folks. In some departments, however, you will notice a new or changed auto attendant to help route your call.

    You could also encounter a different person within the department answering your call than you were expecting. This is due to the addition of or changes in hunt groups, allowing for the calls to be directed to a group of people who can assist you. Please let us know if you have feedback on any of these changes as a customer!

    Users in all buildings will have support after their migration to ensure that any technical glitches or end user questions are resolved as quickly as possible.

    Please be patient with folks, however, as they navigate the new system.
