    Cisco Phone Changover TonightThis is a note to tell you that several departments throughout the College will be moving to the new phone system tonight. 

    They include the following areas, all at Truax:

    - Technology Services
    - Grants
    - International Student Office
    - Union Offices

    You’ll be able to use all of the numbers you’re familiar with to interact with these folks, with the addition of Grants getting a main number – 246-6763.  In the International Student Office, you will also notice a new auto attendant to help route your call.  Please let us know if you have feedback on any of these changes as a customer!

    Users in both building will have support this week to ensure that any technical glitches or end user questions are resolved as quickly as possible. 

    Please be patient with folks, however, as they navigate the new system.
