Building Plan and Tuition Update

    Here's an update on the College's Smart Future building plan.

    Smart Future Building PlanThe Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) has approved the College's plan to construct a $39,500,000 Health Science Center, which will be located at the northwest corner of Anderson and Wright Streets on the Truax campus. The building will include both a dental and health clinic.

    The WTCS also approved the conceptual phase of the College's proposed Protective Services Center, as well as construction of a Gateway entrance and Student Achievement Center. The project could receive final approval by this May.

    Meanwhile, the WTCS Board approved a 5.5 percent tuition increase for the 2011-12 school year.
