Branding Efforts Take Next Step

As you know, the College has been taking steps to transition to the new Madison College branding.

Recent branding successes include the change to askMadisonCollege and myMadisonCollege, along with an initiative to remove all references to MATC on the website.

We have reached the next step and you may now use the “madisoncollege.org” domain name for your email address and business cards.

Any incoming mail directed to youruserid[at] madisoncollege [dot] org will be directed to your current “matcmadison.edu” email account. However, any outgoing mail will continue to be sent from youruserid[at] matcmadison [dot] edu.

You do not have to make any changes to your email account setup, email will continue to be sent and received as usual. Please feel free to use your email address with the .org domain name for future business card orders.

Also, keep in mind that for any URL like matcmadison.edu/about-us you can now use madisoncollege.org/about-us.

By using these new options, you can help to enhance the branding efforts with the new logo and nickname and help avoid confusion. In addition, referring to ourselves as Madison College and promoting madisoncollege.org will help to increase our internet search rankings and help prepare us for the final transition to madisoncollege.edu.
