Bid and Sole Source Schedules

    PurchasingUpdated RFB (Request for Bids), RFP (Request for Proposals) and Sole Source schedules have been posted to the Purchasing website. Please make note of these dates for planned capital expenditures. Although budgets are approved, budget managers will still need to follow the schedules to assure on-time processing.

    Email purchasing[at] matcmadison [dot] edu (Purchasing) to have a calendar entry added to your schedule to remind you of upcoming specification and sole source deadlines.
