askMadisonCollege Upgrade Successful

An upgrade to Madison College’s frequently asked questions knowledgebase, askMadisonCollege, was successfully completed on Thursday, December 1.
The upgrade brings a new look to the database and easier access to the same great features. All questions were carried over from the previous version, allowing students, faculty, staff and guests the same easy access to help, 24 hours a day.
The database, which was brought to the College in 2006 through RightNow Technologies, has grown from 100 questions to more than 1,000 public and administrative level (internal) FAQs that cover not only enrollment questions, but also content from many college offerings and services.
As always, encourage students to search askMadisonCollege for answers to any questions they may have, as well as information on hundreds of private and agency scholarships. Should the knowledgebase not provide them with the answers they need, students may also submit a question to receive a response from the Enrollment Center within 24 hours during normal business hours.
