    Affirmative ActionBlackhawk Technical College is hosting a conference on "Affirmative Action: Cultural Competence in a Post Racial Era" on October 22 and 23.

    This conference is for anyone who aspires to create and work in a respectful environment which values cultural competence and inclusion.
