
Time Reporting Requirements
There are two time reporting requirements, payroll and program. Failure to comply with these requirements may lead to your termination from the program.
Payroll
Hours are reported for payroll online. This requires that you create an employee account using your 7-digit employee number. NOTE: This is NOT your student ID number. The employee number typically starts with a 9 and is emailed to you once you are hired as a tutor. If you need to know your employee number, contact the tutoring office.

NOTE: You are required to submit your hours for each week by the following Monday at 9:00pm.
Program
All tutoring visits must be recorded and submitted to document tutor usage. In many of our walk-in centers (Learning Center, Math Center, Writing Center) this is done with a software called Tutor Trac. Students log in and out of these centers, creating the visit records directly.
However, for one-on-one tutors, the Peer Tutor Log Form MUST be completed for each and every student you work with.
Blank copies of the form can be found in the bins outside the Peer Tutoring office at Truax. You may also print your own copies of the Peer Tutor Log Form. (DOC, 76KB)
Completed forms may be turned in bi-weekly in the drop box outside the Peer Tutoring office or by emailing a scanned copy.
